ABOUT US
Grant County Community Foundation (GCCF) serves the residents of Grant County by connecting people who care with causes that matter and providing donors a flexible, accountable, and impactful way to make current gifts as well as gifts through their wills to groups and organizations they care about.
Gifts to GCCF can support specific charities, multiple charities, a field of charitable interests, or to make grants from your fund to the community’s identified greatest needs. All gifts, from the simplest to most complex, can benefit from the knowledge, direction, and oversight of the foundation.
Grant County Community Foundation is located at 123 W. Central Suite C, Ulysses, KS 67880 and is open Monday – Thursday 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM or by appointment only outside of these hours.
Let us show you how to partner with the incredible work being done in our community.

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR - SABRINA GADDIS
Sabrina has been a resident of Ulysses since 2020 and comes to us after completing her tenure as the Director of the Management Development Center (MDC) at Hort Hays State University. She led the effort to establish the MDC as the premier training, development and consulting center in Western Kansas. Prior to serving as the Director of the MDC, much of Sabrina’s previous career experience came from serving as the Executive Director of the Downtown Hays Development Corporation to revitalize Downtown Hays. Sabrina is excited to begin her role as the Executive Director for the Grant County Community Foundation. She looks forward to coordinating the efforts of the Foundation’s Board of Directors and leading the Foundation to experience continued growth for the benefit of Grant County citizens. .
Governance
Grant County Community Foundation is a tax-exempt public charity in accordance with Section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code. GCCF is governed by a volunteer board of directors made up of a diverse group of community leaders. The Board of Directors meets monthly with an annual meeting in November of each year.
As a 501(c)3 organization, GCCF files a Form 990 tax return with the IRS annually. The Form 990 is open to public inspection and may be obtained by contacting the foundation.
GCCF’s financial statements are audited annually by an independent public accounting firm. A summary of GCCF’s sources and uses of income for the most recent fiscal year is available. A copy of GCCF’s audited financial statements may be obtained by contacting the foundation.
The Board of Directors are committed to good governance practices, transparency, and accountability to the organization and donors we serve.
